Benefits of Technology Assisted Document Review

Document review is a crucial phase in any drafting or collaboration process. To have complete confidence in the integrity and accuracy of our content, we need to ensure to identify any and all differences between versions. The editorial process begins with regression and the final product indicates progress. A document must be read, re-read and reviewed before it can be released. If it’s been released without the application of a document comparison tool, it’s highly unlikely the editor(s) picked up on every inaccuracy or version change; not to mention missed embedded objects and unchecked metadata threaten document integrity and your reputation.

Next time you send a client a report or business proposal, check whether the embedded objects in the document are acting as you expect. Better yet, try applying Change-Pro® or CitationWare® next time you create a document, and Metadact® before you send it.
