If both you and your recipient have Dmail installed, emails look just like regular Gmail. If your recipient doesn’t, they get a link to the message instead of the message – which is why you can disappear the message from their inbox down the line if you want.

THE ALL-NEW ABLE2EXTRACT PDF CONVERTER IS HERE!

I have to admit, at first I was pretty hesitant to try a new PDF Converter program.  My colleagues have joked that the only way to get me to stop using Nuance Enterprise is to pry it from my cold, dead hands.  My love affair with Nuance Enterprise may be at an end now that I have a new program quickly converting my files (and my loyalty as well).

The main idea of Able2Extract v10 is the ability to accurately convert PDF to editable file formats (like Microsoft Word, or Excel) and use its advanced editing capabilities like review, comment, track changes and so on, to improve the content of the source PDFs.  Able2Extract faithfully preserves PDF fonts, images and formatting during conversion.  Not only that, but I was able to edit the PDF pages and text directly on the PDF.  No longer will I need to convert my PDF to Word, make the edit, then print back to PDF.

    THE FEATURES I LOVE

    PDF TEXT EDITING

Able2Extract 10’s powerful editing features allow you to modify PDF text directly within multi-page reports, documents, and records.  I was able to Select from standard font styles, change text colors, and alter different font sizes. Able2Extract beautifully matched the original text in my PDF document, which allowed my final document to look clean and professional instead of being a hodgepodge of mixed edits.

IMPROVED CUSTOM PDF TO EXCEL CONVERSION

I found the PDF to Excel conversion had amazing accuracy.  Able2Extract's advanced conversion settings allowed me to modify and customize the PDF to Excel conversion with pinpoint spreadsheet accuracy.

EXPORT DIRECTLY TO CSV AND TSV

Able2Extract can directly export PDF to CSV (Comma Separated Values) format and TSV (Tab Separated Values) format. This allowed me to work instantly with raw text formats without having to export to Excel first. Time saved equals money earned!

    COST

Pricing info for the software can be found here: Pricing Info

Able2Extract comes in two versions, Standard ($99.95) and Professional ($129.95). The main difference between the two is the professional version comes with an integrated OCR engine which allows converting image (scanned) PDF documents to Word or Excel.

    SEE FOR YOURSELF

No need to just take my word for it, you can try it out yourself!
