Document Decisioning Suite by OrcaTec

The OrcaTec Document Decisioning Suite currently consists of three tools, which all work together:

• OrcaCategorize, which uses advanced predictive coding – machine learning, and a small amount of expert time to aid that learning – to cull responsive documents from huge collections in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• OrcaSearch, which provides visual representations of concepts and communication patterns, as well as word suggestions, misspelling suggestions, email threading, near-duplicate detection, and interesting phrases that the searcher may not have considered in order to find relevant documents.
• OrcaCluster, which provides visual clustering of documents by related topic, enabling the searcher to identify and tag responsive and non-responsive groups of documents quickly and easily.

The Suite is browser-based and is deployed in a private, secure, hosted environment. OrcaTec foresees it being especially useful in eDiscovery, risk management, internal investigations, governance and compliance.
